In October, the club welcomed teams from Old Colfeians, Southwark Tigers, Medway Rugby Club, and Greenwich Pirates to take part in this exciting event.

 

On a very cold and damp Sunday morning, all teams gathered together on Plumstead Common, ready to play, ready to compete, and ready to enjoy the game.

 

Before the matches began, there was training, and there were warm-up drills. There were drills where clubs worked individually, drills where clubs worked alongside one another, and drills where all clubs worked together. Coaches from every club were present, and coaches from every club participated, sharing their knowledge, sharing their time, and sharing their involvement across all teams.

As always, the tournament was played in great spirit, conducted in great spirit, and enjoyed in great spirit. It was played with respect, it was played with fairness, and it was played in true rugby ethos.
